The founding Otonomi Program has been the catalyst for lasting change for the farms on the island of Flores. Development of the region was made possible once fresh water and road access became a reality. Running water allowed families to drink and wash and then grow the coffee that would provide a living for them and raise them out of poverty. The volcanic soil, high altitudes and perfect climate combine to produce a smooth coffee with intense body.
