Matari coffees are grown in the high plateaus of Bani Matar, one of Yemen’s most storied coffee regions. These beans develop slowly at altitude, producing an intensely layered cup with fruit, spice, and floral depth. Like whispered stories carried through desert winds, this coffee tells a tale in every sip - plum sweetness, clove and cardamom spice, and a grounding cocoa finish. Roasted medium, it’s best savored in a moka pot or pour-over, where its natural complexity unfolds sip by sip.
