Finca Vajusa Azul was established in 2004 by Julio and Salomé, who are second-generation coffee growers. Initially, the farm was purchased to produce ornamentals, but they soon realized the area had immense potential for high-quality coffee production. They eventually developed a system in which both products grow symbiotically, helping to reduce the use of agrochemicals. Julio oversees the production process, while Salomé manages the administration. On their land, they offer a wide variety of coffee beans, providing customers with a high-quality experience no matter which one is in their warm cup.
