This coffee comes directly from Katia Duke, a pioneering producer at Finca San Isidro in Santa Bárbara, Honduras. Katia is part of a new generation of farmers bringing innovation and social impact to traditional coffee regions, from soil health experiments to education programs that help local women and children access schooling.
The washed process brings out the best of her harvest: caramel and milk-chocolate sweetness, a touch of citrus brightness, and a smooth, clean finish that makes this both an everyday favourite and a showcase coffee.
